I accept payments via PayPal.

The parcels will be sent after receiving the payment.

What payment methods Tedsby supports?

We support all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover via PayPal. At the checkout page, you may choose to pay with credit card or PayPal. PayPal would also accept all major credit cards.

Why am I transferred to the PayPal site?

After you click the "Buy now" button, you would be securely transferred to PayPal. PayPal offer added protection for both you the customer and the artist.

Shipping policy

I will ship the toy within 1-3 business days after payment.
All parcels are sent by international registered airmail, they are assigned a tracking number.
Before shipping, each toy will be securely and carefully packed.
It is possible to send a parcel by courier service EMS,
the cost of sending is calculated individually.
Transit time may vary depending on your location and customs clearance.

Please do not accept the package if the package is damaged!
• Refund for reasons unrelated to the quality of toys is not carried out

• Products made to order are non-refundable.

• If your parcel was returned to me as unclaimed (or you specified the wrong address) - the customer pays for re-delivery. In this case, no refund is made.

• If you are not satisfied with your item for any reason or it has been damaged, please contact me.

• Customers are responsible for any fees that apply in their countries.
